We are pleased to announce our participation at Drawing Now art fair taking place from March 23rd-26th 2023 at Le Carreau du Temple, Paris. We will be presenting the Case Study series (2018-2022) by Serbian artist Biljana Đurđević.
Presented as part of Đurđevic`s solo show at the Museum of Contemporary Art Belgrade, the Case Study series reflects on authoritarian regimes, surveillance, the exercise of power and the conditions of labor. Drawing from George Orwell’s 1984 novel that adorns Đurđevic`s work, there is a strong aesthetic and narrative in her oeuvre.
